HONORABLE MENTION

A few years after finishing our basement bar with a traditional Irish pub-style floor (hardwood and slate combo), we began to see the hardwood buckling, which caused the slate to crack. All of this was caused by a leak running under the floor that we weren’t aware of. Fast forward three years, and we’re still re-doing the basement. We could use all the help we can get. Help! It’s an embarrassing mess.
