Rachel’s 7-Layer Cake But in a Floor

I just purchased my first home in June 2023 so that I can be closer to my parents to help out. With the exception of this laundry room, I love everything about my home. This room feels like Rachel’s 7-layer cake from Friends- there is tile on tile. It doesn’t work. Creative Flooring already did the rest of my home, and I would love for this room to fit. I am also in a condo association right by the pool, so tons of visibility for your business’ marketing. Please help fix my laundry room.
